I have had a complicated reproductive history (to put it mildly) so when I got the chance to review some of the great products available from Fairhaven Health, I was super excited! They have a huge range of natural fertility, pregnancy and nursing products. In fact, there was so many available that I had a hard time choosing!! There are yoga workouts on DVDs, organic teas to aid in fertility, milk production and pregnancy, pregnancy and ovulation wheels and software, soy aromatherapy candles, personal lubricants, thermometers, and a huge range of supplements for both women and men! FertilitiAid Amy from Fairhaven Health sent me the products that they have seen the most success with — FertilAid for Women and FertileCM — because I simply couldn’t choose!
FertilAid for women is a fertility supplement that provides complete vitamin and antioxidant support. The ingredients are all natural making these supplements a great way to boost your fertility without chemicals, doctor interventions or even prescriptions. It contains 90 capsules which is enough for a month worth of doses. The scientifically validated herbs and essential vitamins and minerals promote a female hormone balance and help support reproductive health. These capsules are all you will need to take as they already contain the much needed folic acid necessary for women who are trying to conceive.
Not only is this formula recommended by doctors and OBGYNs, it is also the only fertility supplement on the market that contains 100% of the recommended daily intake of vitamins, antioxidants and minerals to help supplement a woman’s diet. This same product is available for men, by the way, in a different formulation that supplements their reproductive health needs. In fact, you can even buy a combination pack including both FerilAid for women and for men at a reduced price!
The second supplement that I was sent is Fertile CM. This supplement basically helps to increase the production of healthy cervical mucus. This mucus during ovulation is crucial for conception because it nourishes and protects the sperm during it’s journey to the egg. A woman’s supply of cervical mucus changes throughout the month and decreases as you age. This supplement also helps with arousal, sexual sensitivity, female libido and strengthens the uterine lining. All of these are crucial to support an environment in which conception can occur. Fertile CM is an natural supplement that can be taken safely with FerilAid to ensure that you have the best chances for conception occuring possible.
I was going to review these products for Fairhaven Health but the truth is that just knowing they were on their way was apparently enough for me!! So, now instead of me taking these supplements, it can be you! There is a bottle of both FertilAid and FertileCM up for grabs which are enough for a one month supply. I had read that the herb chasteberry can help with ovulation. When I started taking FertilAid, I saw immediate results. I had regular cycles for the first time ever. I became pregnant after only taking FertilAid for 3 months. With my last pregnancy, I had to take Clomid to get pregnant. The pill is easy to swallow and did not upset my stomach at all. The only thing I didn’t like is you have to take FertilAid 3 times a day.
