The city of Lucerne in Switzerland had a campaign to keep the streets tidy and clean called Lucerne Shines. They came up with the idea to use stickers to transform boring garbage cans that lack any interest whatsoever into games that people might actually want to “play” to stick their garbage in the can.
I’ve got to say that these games are brilliant!! There’s hopscotch, an amazing maze and a distance throwing game to make picking up litter as fun as your hard to put down Smart phone. Great idea thinking outside of the box to draw some attention to a problem that makes the community look shabby.
